One of the roles often played by K-Pop idols that always leave a memorable impression in the minds of viewers is the sibling to the main lead. This sub-character is often seen as funny, chaotic, and with a penchant for causing trouble. With various scene-stealer moments, this character often captures the heart of viewers with their hilarious banter with the leads and their dutiful sense of protection over their siblings. Which make many viewers no doubt wish that they were their sibling as well. Naughty, witty, and with a dash of care and thoughtfulness, here are 5 K-Pop idols whose K-Drama characters we would want as our siblings.
1. Lee SuHo - “Crazy Love”
Played by ASTRO’s Yoon SanHa, Lee SuHo was nothing but a pure joy to watch in the series “Crazy Love”. His interactions with his sister Lee ShinAh (played by f(x)’s Krystal) were the right levels of chaotic and comical. No doubt one of the highlights of the series, his silly antics and his vibrant energy made his scenes so entertaining to watch. A sibling we would love to have, even though he is the type that would want to make you pull your hair out or run mad, we can’t help but still love him as his cute and endearing nature makes him so lovable. P.S, judging by his funny and chaotic interactions with his other members, especially leader JinJin it might be safe to say Lee SuHo is Yoon SanHa in real life.
2. Lee ShinKyung - “Andante”
Played by EXO’s Kai, Kai showed off his budding acting talents that left many vividly impressed with his role in this series. His strong-willed, loyal, and dutiful nature in this series made him the type of sibling that many would love to have. But not without his funny or chaotic side, in various scenes, his banter with his family and friends served as rib-cracking comedy. Still though, one of the noteworthy traits of his character is the impressive growth that occurs throughout the course of the series. We see him become more mature and selfless, holding others in high regard and finding the true meaning of love.
