“Today’s Webtoon” follows On MaEum (played by Kim SeJeong), who gives up her judo dreams due to an injury. She then lands a job at Neon Webtoon as an employee of the Editorial Department. Through various obstacles and challenges, she learns what it means to become a webtoon editor. At the same time, Goo JoonYoung (played by Nam YoonSu), the academically gifted new hire and MaEum’s colleague, knows nothing about the world of webtoons and wishes to transfer departments. However, after witnessing MaEum’s passion for work and seeing her optimistic nature, JoonYoung grows professionally and as an individual.
